How do I choose the right paint finish for my project?
Selecting the right finish depends on the surface and room usage. We recommend Matt or Flat finishes for ceilings and low-traffic areas to hide imperfections, while Low Sheen or Semi-Gloss are ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, and hallways due to their superior washability and durability.
What is the estimated delivery time for online orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for metropolitan areas. For regional locations, please allow up to 7-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I return paint if I change my mind about the color?
Because our paint is tinted to order specifically for your project, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind regarding color. We highly recommend purchasing a 250ml sample pot to test the color in your space before committing to a larger volume.
