Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Haymes Paint, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, unopened and unused stock-standard paint products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure the product is in its original, unopened condition. Please note that custom-tinted paint colors are made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and send them to our central distribution warehouse using a tracked shipping service.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
